what does our support look like

Our interventions can assist you to build your independence in activities of daily living by supporting you:

  • to build your skills at home (i.e. skill building in cooking or personal care), at school (skill building in handwriting), in the community or at work;

  • to increase your upper limb strength, and co-ordination;

  • by providing hand therapy and exercise to support fine motor dexterity;

  • by assessing your space to better reflect your ergonomic needs and giving you practical advice to support you;

  • by providing wellness exercises and techniques that may support pain management for chronic conditions or after a challenging life event as is the case for stroke or cancer survivors;

  • to return to leisure and exercise activities with modification;

  • to increase your social participation through equipment prescription to enable independent community access.
